south east Indiana | My spring clinic is fast approaching. That means in addition to chores, lambing, puppies and making breakfast for the clinician and moving sheep for the clinic I will have 15 people to feed for lunch after the morning work session. I do the usual lasagna, chili, soup, chicken and rice... but those meals are getting old, especially for the folks that have had them a million times. It needs to simple. Make it the night before or fast in the morning put in the crock pot or oven.
