Spring Grove MN | Cheesy Taters
2 lbs frozen hash browns
12 oz of sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups of shredded cheddar
1 10.5 oz can of cream of chicken soup
Mix sour cream, onions, shredded cheese and soup together. Then, mix in hash browns. Spread in a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
*** I make in these in the crock pot for a family gathering or a roaster oven for a large crowd.
**Sometimes I add cubed ham to make this more of a main dish.
** I love onions so I usually use a whole large onion.
