Why do you occasionally see a jet stream with a sharp curve in it? Like 90 degrees. Did the pilot forget where he was going? Did he get half way through the flight and changed his mind on the destination? Is it a way to adjust his time of arrival? It doesn't appear to be air currents distorting them.
