SESD | It's feeling like I'm the last farmer in the county without a semi and am afraid someday I'll get run over going to town with the tractor and wagons; with all the trucks on the road.
I need some advice on what would best fit my semi needs.
I'll be doing some field loading, going 10-20 miles loaded (easy miles) and driving about 5000 miles per year.
I'm thinking day cab with 34' trailer.
What should I look for in a tractor? I have limited truck experience; so reliability, easy to maintain and operator friendly are important.
Any reason not to go with a 34' steel trailer?
