NC ND | since this is a poplular subject right now, if you are buying land under a CFD, and something requiring an easement or sale comes up, (cell tower, power line, road, ect)
which party is responsible for the negotiating and entitled to the compensation?
and as a side question, if you are renting land and it has in-crop damage from a construction easement situation does the renter have any legal right to the money if the landlord doesn't want to share(other than not paying rent on the acres lost, maybe?) | |
