Subject: Cover crops

Tekonsha, Michigan
Guys,
Is the nitrogen benefit from cover cropping with rye worth the cost of adding to the white grub problems. Here in southern Michigan, usually there's 2 to 3 grubs under every rock, and there's allottttt of rocks. I ask because I have turned about 200 acres into no till last year and thought rye would help speed the process a little by building root mass, increasing nitrogen and helping ground erosion. what do you think?
