Watonwan County MN | Would like to get a feel of how people on here feel about NAIS (National Animal Identification System)? I'm contemplating going with RFID tags and reader for easier record keeping, and am just curious how many farms are already compliant. I know it's voluntary at this point, but it seems as if the day is coming that it will have to be done. My problem with it is regular tags fall out easily, so what's to say that these will stay in any better? I'm very torn. | |
