Subject: how to smoke baby back ribs?

Lee Co
the kids have aquired a taste for ribs so for fathers day I was the one that got a smoker as a gift since I do the outside cooking on the weber most of the time. Now we got some ribs and I could use some advice. who recomends you parr boil them first or should you just put them in the smoker for an all day smoke to give them the best taste? We may use some BBQ sauce at the end but I know you only want that on for the last 1/2 hr or so. I would rather make my own sauce as I used to do but the store bought "Famous Daves" is pretty darn good too. think I also got a couple bags of wood chips with the smoker for the flavoring so all I need is a little guidance on how to get the best flavor.

Sorry ,the smoker is one of the smaller ones so samples are doubtful. I hope to get 3-4 slabs on it but don't know if even that will fit.

So, any helpful hints will be appriciated.....
