central Ia | I live northeast of Winterset on the Cummings Hiway, it's very hilly and with a lot of curves, you can come up on some one real quick. Why don't they wear some clothing that is visible? Most wear gray, black or some neutral color, some bike riders do have the LED flashing lights but not all. I wear high vis t shirts just to walk the 100 yds from my driveway to the neighboring road, both drives are between 2 curves you can't see around. And oh ya the bike riders that run a stop sign in front of me when I'm on my motorcycle cause they know I will do a panic stop, gonna run one over someday just to see the surprised look on their face :)
