We have a great crop of Concord grapes this year. We do not make or drink wine. In the past we have made grape juice and grape jelly. We have since modified our eating habits and no longer use any artificial sweeteners or processed sugar. Does anyone have suggestions on how to utilize these beautiful grapes without adding sugar or sweeteners?
