Subject: Another seed brand bites the dust

Just recieved word that syngenta will be dumping the Garst brand for 2014. All syngenta seed through an ag retailer will be sold under the NK brand. All syngenta seed sold through an independent dealer/farmer dealer will be under the Golden Harvest brand. This totally floors me as to why they would drop the name recognition they have with Garst vs Golden Harvest. But maybe that is just a "here" thing.
