Our hamily room,garage, shop has a rather flat tin roof. It has developed a few leaks on the screws. Question is there a sealer like ruber or something we could put on this roof to prevent leaks later. It has ruined 1 light fixture now and in time it will leak into our attached family room and do a number on the dry wall. thanks ben
