Subject: cover crop in a wheat soy rotation

Almont MI
I operate a 2-3 year soy 1 year wheat rotation. I would really like to include cereal rye as a cover, am I playing with fire with the wheat? I plan to put tillage radish and? behind the wheat, but with living where I do I am not sure of what to use behind the soybeans. All would be drilled so dealing with escapes in the fencerows wouldn't be an issue.
