FSA has to have proof of who is farming every piece of land around here. So, that means a lease agreement copy and landowner sign off.
Verbal leases are fine at the FSA
Then the landowner has to sign to that effect, so that means a lease is acknowledged in writing.
Tell me how u would handel this one? Lost farm at last minute.
