Well he's already lied to me about his texting me in February..thats just false. Even if he did try, thats low down to pull land at that late date. I have no desire to farm it as long as he owns it now but I may just do it this year. Im still trying to decide what I want to do. He won't answer my phone call, will only text.
Sorry you're going through this. I would sure press to farm it this year as that just follows your oral lease.
Texting him right now is far better than meeting in person because you have a written record of your communications.
If it gets messy, just ask him to provide, from his phone carrier, of his original text when he claims that you were notified of cancellation. |
