You're coming up to the hours where ours started getting expensive. Keep a close eye where the shoe auger's drive, the plate to the rear of the machine from the bevel gears will probably crack soon, if you catch it early it can be stopped with some welding, if it goes too far you'll have to replace that whole piece or get creative with some metal fab. Sheet metal pan under the augers wore through on us at 700 sep hours, it starts on the left side of the machine as a hairline crack right where the auger pan dumps onto the screens. You've likely already been made aware of this, but it was a shock to me that something like that would be shot at those hours. | |
