Cosmetically has quite a few dented panels, a lot of paint worn through into the sheet metal. I suppose welds would be considered both mechanical and cosmetic and there’s several that weren’t ground down and painted so rust has spread. The machine has obviously sat out for an extended period at least some point in its life.
