Pennsylvania | When I took my PA test I had known about not shifting during an intersection. Need to do it to pass. My test giver wrote numerous times while we were driving. We got back and he informed me I had 10 violations of driving one handed. I then asked him if it was that big of a violation, why didn’t you stop me. I didn’t pass that time. Next time I went back I had a different guy. It was cold and blowing. We started the pre trip and he yelled “just get in the truck, it’s too cold out here. We got in the truck and he said just tell me what to look for. I laughed and went through the list. We started down the road and I told him about how the last guy failed me for driving one handed. He laughed and said “how else are you gonna hold a cigarette, coffee or cell phone”. We took a short cut back and I passed easily. The test is mostly subjective on how the guy with the clipboard feels. | |
