That’s what the pa manual says as well. 1st in this truck is pretty slow, it’s setup for pulling a lowboy. In our traffic going through an intersection in 1st seems more dangerous than making a gear change while your going 4 mph, but if that’s what it takes, that’s what I’ll do. I go again in a few weeks. He had a couple other good points as well that I can do better on.
