2/3 is grass but the other 1/3 is beef. Very few that own cattle understand beef. Good stocker operators understand it, some feeders have it figured out, but very few cow calf guys have a clue about it.
Will you explain this a little? I’m not questioning accuracy, just not sure I’m following.
