| At the same time though, amazon has helped many businesses in America, the ones that chose to use Amazon as a platform to sell their products. I bought a 1000 to 540 pto adapter not long ago, the one in the farm store in town is a piece of junk. I searched amazon and bingo, right there is the one I want. It came from a machine shop in South Dakota. I maybe would have found it had I googled it, but then I’d have to go find my credit card, and enter all shipping info, and that noise. In about 30 seconds I had it bought and on its way without even leaving the shop. So in that case, amazon is a great platform for that business to sell its products and compete with the rest of the world in 2019, instead of living in the 1800s and not selling anything to anyone that doesn’t walk through their doors. | |
