Subject: When things went wrong

I have always been active

I hurt my back pretty bad at 28 years old. I gained probably 25 pounds over 15 years because of my back. I got some livestock the past few years and I am definitely able to lose weight now.

I used to laugh in my mid 30's at people who couldn't do things but I never did take care of my body it just took care of itself because of my age. I didn't do any exercise just manual labor to keep in shape. Now I am in my late 40's and I can't believe how far away the ground is when I need to pick something up lol.

I sure wish I would not have laughed so much and done some stretching and exercise.
I like yoga pants as much as the next person, but I don't think I could stretch or wear those pants to a class, so I sit in my basement watching hockey and stretching as much as I can so I can feel better tomorrow. Jayne if I stick with it I will be able to make the ground not so far away.

I think your body remembers what you did and didn't do and in my 30's is where things went wrong for me.
