I don't think I ever 'completely' cleaned out the shop.
I clear off room for projects as needed, and sweep/shovel out the dirt when I start tracking out more than I track in.
The only time any area gets real clean, is if I'm doing a project that really needs cleanliness. I think the last time that happened, was when I rebuilt an ATV engine.
How often do you clean your shop?
