I dropped 10 lbs first week then 5lb over the next month. Kinda mantaining now. Couple things i noticed, no extreme hunger pains because fat seems to fuel longer, increased mental clarity, overall it was a good experience. Age late 30s, wouldnt hurt to lose another 15lb.
