| The first ten pounds goes fast because it'll be water weight. Gotta drink a lot more water on this diet.
I tried plain keto (didn't buy any fancy special diet books or products) from Oct. 15 to Jan. 1.
Lost 26 lbs.
Salt levels in blood low...need more salt in diet.

Diet is easy for losing weight but hard to keep going. Plan on getting back to it Aprilish. Bacon and eggs every morning (which I was already doing). Hard boiled eggs for snacks. More salads. Didn't trim any fat from meat. Added butter to coffee (which I did on occasion anyway). | |
