I have received a final bid on mine and it’s a substantial savings and more square footage with nicer finish then a stick built. The basement is a killer for price around here. Also staining the concrete saves a bundle on flooring and can be changed later. You can get a better insulation because you can have a mostly complete barrier without the studs breaking it up.
