Kinda sorta looking at same thing here. My initial thought is have a backup furnace so floor heat set at say 60-65 and other furnace to make up the rest if needed. Maybe I'm wrong in how it will work also, but thinking this as have a newer furnace in our old house already that we could move, plus will have ductwork for ac already.
Whole house in floor heat ?
