This is sort of plays into the global warming / PETA / anti-meat agenda. You look at the nations on the top of the list and they all have high protein diets. On the bottom is the low protein diet countries. Come on, we just have to learn to live on rice, chickpeas, tea and water and we'll be good little world citizens.
