I never pay much mind to those charts. I'm 6' and 225ish. Sure I have a little extra weight as a middle aged man who eats well but I am not what I would consider obese by any means. Like my father and grandfathers, I have a big chest and big shoulders and will just never, never, ever be a little bitty man. My cholesterol is always well within normal (160) pulse always 65 or so, BP is a tad high which runs in my family but overall I consider my health very good. | |
