Bloomington and Putnam IL | Today 54, 5'9" and 150# BMI 22.1. 7 years ago 200# and BMI 29.5. Feel much better today than when I was in my mid 30s. I am lucky enough to be able to talk at farmer meetings all winter and average BMI in the crowd is 30+. On the road the last couple of days and got in 6 miles after dark tonight.
