I would find out when his court dates are and show up for them. It will take some effort on your part to get this done. Can also talk to the DA about what is fair to have happen. You can have a time to speak in court or the DA can speak for you. We can not let people drink and drive. The more people speak up that this unacceptable behavior. What if he had hit you or a family member.
