whitesville new york | How should i handle this? I was able to get the box back into usable shape but door doesn't close properly, and i had to use screws with washers to hold it to the wood. The arresting office said that i will get a copy of the report and the driver will be orderd to settle up with me weither it be a insurance claim or they pay cash. I looked up the cost of the box i have and it is $95 new, i was able to drive by post in again and set my box back on it.
Edit to add driver made a agressive attempt to get out of the ditch taking out a road sign in the process and very quickly dropped his girlfiends name, who is a trouper, to the arresting officer.
