Southeast Colorado | Yah........the ship kind of sailed on the deterioration of the rural towns. You never know what might change in the future though. I never thought that the Sears model of doing business would go bankrupt either. I just think that the potential is there now to do bigger business than ever in the most rural of areas. That potential wasn't there before. Getting folks to move into a dead town so that you have a work force to begin with is certainly a challenge though. We have trouble recruiting teachers for sure. It's going to take a very talented individual to unlock this potential.........but it's there. | |
