I used to do a lot of bowhunting in my younger years. I have a Jennings shooting star. I am sure it is no longer made. I recommend not hunting with a bow until you are 100% confident with your shooting accuracy. It takes a lot of practice. A crossbow is just like a gun as far as I am concerned. More for killing than it is for hunting
