Nc Ks. | My wife has one and she's the one that uses it so I can't specifically answer how well it works. Only know that I thought it was another waste of money when she bought it. Our house is mostly carpet and she doesn't let things get too bad like I might before she uses it. But it does a good job on the carpet. She usually shuts the doors or puts up barriers so it only does one room at a time. Anything works for a barrier. Just something for it to touch. It crisscrosses the room at different directions so it goes over it multiple times. I would guess previous poster was correct in stating what you are expecting it to pick up will determine if you'd be satisfied or not. Kind of amusing to watch. It will disappear under things, go in the closet, goes anywhere as long as it's got clearance.
