Coup it's commendable when people with the skill set and knowledge to serve on boards are willing like you apparently are. I served on boards and on nominating committees and it isn't easy to find good people that are willing and able to serve on boards. When devious people embezzle other people's money it doesn't make it any easier to find good people to serve on boards.
