Have never been able be to understand this one. I don't like to point fingers at the board cuz it's a thankless job. But I just don't see how proper audits were being done. Can remember 30 years ago at the local elevator the auditor came once or twice a year and yes, he crawled the bins. Granted, a lot of them back then were in the main house with wooden bins and he rode the elevator up
Another thing different then was small amounts of chemical on hand because farming was different then
As mentioned, I am in awe how big it got.
