Nebraska definitely was at one time. Remember USC under Pete. Michigan is starting to getting back to where it once was. Texas should be on the upswing now. Even Arkansas has a national championship from the Broyles era of the 60s. I did not say that I like some of these teams but just tired of Alabama always either winning or playing for a national title.
