Lawyers will excuse anyone who has a clean shave, neat haircut and is dressed in a very nice business suit with a tie. I think it is absurd that lawyers will try to avoid jury members who look intelligent and successful. It is also absurd that judges will let lawyers do this. I hope this works out for you. | |
