That would drive me crazy. My grandparents, my mother, many others are all buried in my folks hometown. When I get a chance to visit them I want to be left alone with my thoughts and memories, not bothered.
I can only suggest that if it continues to be a problem that you get your attorney involved. Municipal districts usually get the point from "cease and desist" type things as long as the letter gets to the right person. Again, your attorney would or should know who to send that letter to. Likely a county attorney with copies to the mayor, commissioner, whoever is the elected official overseeing the parks department or whoever handles the maintenance on that kind of thing. | |
