Springfield, OH | I can only speak from my experiences but I've seen this very thing happen a few times even in my own family and it never ends well. the son will resent the SIL and it will tear apart the family. in my opinion he's better off growing his own farming enterprise and taking the in laws on as customers maybe he could do some custom farming for them as well. going from owning your own business to working for someone, and thats what he will be doing, is a big step back for those of us wired as entrepreneurs. | |
