Well if I was losing my farm because of a trade war I would want to know why we're in a trade war to begin with.
Will all farms be lost due to the trade war? If it's just yours and a few others, then it's your own damn fault. I just stumbled onto this forum. I pray to God the whiners posting here are not representative of the American farmer. My grandfather is rolling in his grave.
You guys have been latched on to the govt teat for far to long. What makes you so special now that you're caught in a row with China? Where were you when your neighbors who owned manufacturing/machine shops went belly up when their work went to China? My guess is shopping at Walmart & Harbor Freight, cruising around the county in your $80k pickups and wintering in Arizona and Hawaii, or sitting at the local coffee shop crying while you get another handout for soybeans.
Farming used to be a noble profession before welfare, corruption, and corporatism took it over.
