The guys that went too Berkshire market here found the same thing ,spotty premium sales ,slow getting money from retail,ect., both the guys here quit.....now there is a Premium anti biotic free market by porocessors that pays a $20+ cdn. premium -Both Sofina & DuBreton offer them...is it worth it,I don't know....the freezer /bbq mkt. pays good but its a limited amount
