Eastern Half of Kansas | I have one landlord that guarantees water, there’s a meter on pasture. Only used it once in 15 years. I’ve rented other that lease stipulated does not guarantee water, it had creek only and ran dry about half the time in August. But as general rule I’d say no water leaves it up to renter, pull cattle or haul water.
