Short piece of pipe that fits over the top rail ties it together. Welded some left some to allow for expansion and contraction. I think it is 62" tall. We bought some tubes that are made for forming concrete and cut them into 1' sections. Split them and duck tape them back together to reuse them several times. Just had to get them off before the concrete set up.
