Motor repair places will tell you to quit wasting their time with fractional hp(under 3-hp or so) motors. If the problem is in the bearings, you can fix it yourself for cheap. If the windings are bad, pitch it. I don't have experience with centrifugal start switches or capacitors, so can't tell you on those.
