The excess rain is killing our best farms. Hard to look at right now. SO much yellow corn. Luckily got done side dressing over the top so hopefully it will come to life in july. Honestly would prefer not to go back to them for 2 weeks, however weeds are flushing and will need sprayed again in that time span. We never got much done till may 15th due to mud. And most wasn't planted till the week of the 20th. However our farms with natural drainage and non clay soil types look as good as they ever have. Neighbors corn looks unreal on poorer ground. However I believe there will be severe nitrogen shortage come tassel time on there farms. Some are starting to show it in shoulder high corn.
