Subject: RE: So here is a question for all of you

S Illinois
When is the last time normal weather in S IL produced as well as last year though(minus that rt 50 strip? 04, 09, 14 all had one thing in common, abnormally cool summers. 90,70 in Aug with only 3 inches of rain pushes the crop along. Starch accumulation is burnt up at night during respiration. Cool and dry is better than normal weather. The other thing was it was actually somewhat wet in Aug west of the Mississippi.
