If the moisture level in the honey gets 18 percent or more it will ferment. I had some raw honey ferment one and it was no longer safe to eat.
it can go bad if it has moisture is right....but honey thats crystallized does not have moisture..only PURE hone will crystallize..if it dont crystallize its got added water or added corn syrup..and is NOT pure honey
