Our Warren Co.,  IL    We have a county library and a co.  library tax.   There are 2 small branches open in our county yet.     I was told at one time  that my Warren Co. Library Card was good at ANY  Ill.  public library to be allowed to use their facility.     I stopped at the jacksonville,  IL   city library and used it one day to do some research.
